Abstract：Objective To explore the GIGA method detect hepatitis B virus serum accuracy of the results of the five makers.Methods 357 patients joined the"maternal and infant screening"in the Obstetrics Clinic of our hospital from March 1st,2016 to March 31,2016 were selected,the serum specimen was tested by ELISA method and GIGA method at the same time,the consistency of test results of the two methods were analyzed.Results In 357 cases of serum specimens,286 cases of GIGA method were completely accorded with ELISA method five items,the total consistent rate was 80.11%.But 71 samples were not completely consistent.36 cases of HBsAg positive results of specimens with ELISA method,one patient was not been detected with GIGA method.Conclusion The accuracy of five serum marker of hepatitis B virus GIGA method is slightly lower than ELISA method,but GIGA method is simple,fast and easy observation, and GIGA method of HBsAg detection results are basically identical with ELISA method,it is suitable for rapid screening before emergency surgery and blood donation.
