Study on quality standard of Xiangqi Shengru Mixture

Abstract：Objective To establish the quality standard of Xiangqi Shengru Mixture.MethodsⅠdentification of main herbal medicines in Xiangqi Shengru Mixture were performed by TLC.The main effective component of paeoniflorin was determined by HPLC.ResultsⅠdentification of Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Chuanxiong Rhizoma,Radix Paeoniae Alba, Aucklandiae Radix and Astragali Radix and so on was established by TLC.The method was simple,the spots were clear with highly specific attribute.HPLC detection results showed that the best detection wavelength was 231 nm,the linear range of the paeoniflorin was 21.1～421.5 μg/ml,the range of the spotting recovery rate was 98.6%,and RSD was 1.7%. Conclusion The method can be used for the quality control of Xiangqi Shengru Mixture,and it is simple,accurate with good repeatability and specificity.
