生理盐水冲洗鼻腔辅助治疗儿童急性鼻窦炎的临床效果

摘要目的探讨生理盐水冲洗鼻腔辅助治疗儿童急性鼻窦炎的临床效果。方法选择2014年1月～2015年5月于本院门诊治疗的76例急性鼻窦炎患儿，随机分为观察组与对照组，各38例。两组均采用相同的常规治疗方法，观察组除给予常规治疗外，使用生理盐水冲洗鼻腔，每日至少1次。比较两组的临床疗效、主要症状（鼻塞、流涕、头痛）好转时间和治疗时间。结果观察组总有效率（97.37％）高于对照组（84.21％），主要症状好转时间及治疗时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在常规治疗的前提下，生理盐水冲洗鼻腔可以提高儿童急性鼻窦炎的临床疗效，缩短抗生素的使用时间。

Abstract：Objective To discuss clinical effect of normal saline irrigation in the treatment of acute sinusitis in children. M ethods From January 2014 to May 2015,76 patientswith acute sinusitis in our hospital clinic were randomly divided into observation group and control group,38 cases in each group.The two groupswere treated with the same conventional treatment,the observation group was treated with conventional therapy,and normal saline was used to flush the nasal cavity,at least 1 time a day.The clinical efficacy of two groups,themain symptoms(rhinobyon,rhinorrhea,headache)improvement time and treatment time were compared.Results Total effective rate in the observation group was 97.37％, highet than 84.21％in the control group.Themain symptoms improvement time and treatment time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Under the condition of conventional treatment,normal saline irrigation can improve the clinical efficacy of acute sinusitis in children and shorten the use time of antibiotics.
