Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the clinical application effect and adverse reactions of Cefoperazone Sodium And Sulbactam Sodium.Methods102 patients undergoing inflammatory treatment who were admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to May 2016 were selected. The patients were divided into the conventional group and the experimental group according to the randomized grouping protocol, with 51 cases in each group. The patients in the conventional group were given Ceftazidime, and the patients in the experimental group were treated with Cefoperazone Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium. The clinical efficacy and the incidence rate of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe total effective rates in the experimental group and the conventional group were 96.08%and 74.51%respectively;the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the experimental group and the conventional group was 15.69%and 47.06%respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of infection control, rales disappearance time, fever abating time and cough disappearance time were all significantly shorter in the experimental group than in the conventional group(P<0.05).ConclusionThe clinical efficacy of Cefoperazone Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium in the patients with inflammation is significant, which can significantly improve the conditions. The drug safety is high, and the incidence rate of adverse reactions is low.It is worthy of widespread application in future clinical practice.
