Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of high quality nursing in patients with perineal laceration caused by labor.Methods80 patients with perineal laceration caused by labor in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2016 were selected as the research objects and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group were given conventional methods of nursing care,while the observation group was given high quality nursing care.The nursing satisfaction,pain degree,hospitalization time and the incidence of complications were compared between two groups.ResultsThe score of VAS and the incidence of complications in the observation group[(2.45±1.08)points,5.00%]were lower than those in the control group[(4.13±1.62)points,20.00%],the hospitalization time[(6.24±2.10)d]was shorter than that in the control group[(10.79±2.83)d],the nursing satisfaction(97.50%)was higher than that in the control group(82.50%),and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionHigh quality nursing care in childbirth by application of perineal laceration in patients with good,to ease the pain of patients,improve nursing satisfaction,shorten hospitalization time,reduce the incidence of complications,higher application value,it is worthy of popularization and Application.
