Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of minimally invasive rotary incision and traditional small incision surgery on the treatment of benign breast nodules. Methods A total of 75 breast nodule patients admitted in our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into a reference group (38 cases) and an experimental group (37 cases) according to the lottery method. The reference group was treated with a small incision, in the traditional surgical treatment, the experimental group was treated with Mymotomy minimally invasive rotary resection. The clinical treatment effect, surgical status and hospital stay, and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical treatment excellent rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The intraoperative blood loss in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group, the length of the incision was shorter than that in the reference group, and the operation time and hospital stay were shorter than those in the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with the traditional operation with small incision, the clinical effect of mammotome minimally invasive surgery for benign breast nodules is better, and it can reduce the amount of bleeding, the length of incision, the time of operation and hospitalization, and the rate of complications.
