Abstract:Objective To observe the application effect of "doctorl-nurse-patient" management mode combined with WeChat platform on patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 200 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus hospitalized in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from March 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into experimental group and control group with 100 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was managed by routine management, and the experimental group was managed by "doctor -nurse -patient".Fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, self -management ability and quality of life scord were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention, fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After intervention, the score of self-management ability in experimental group was higher than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After intervention, the quality of life score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The "doctor-nurse-patient" three-person management model can help improve the fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels of patients with type 2 diabetes, improve self-management ability and quality of life, and has certain clinical application value.
