Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of colon perfusion dialysis machine with Niaoduqing retention enema in the treatment of chronic renal failure (CRF). Methods A total of 120 cases of CRF patients who were admitted to the Second People′s Hospital of Jingdezhen City from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into the control group (60 cases) and the observation group (60 cases) using a random number table method. Patients in the control group were treated with an artificial Niaoduqing retention enema, and patients in the observation group were treated with a colon perfusion dialysis machine with Niaoduqing retention enema. Both groups were treated for 2 weeks. The clinical efficacy after treatment, and the improvement of clinical symptoms and changes of renal function indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group after treatment was 96.67%, which was higher than that of the control group (83.33%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The scores of facial limb edema, fatigue, limb sleepiness, false stool and the levels of serum creatinine (SCr) and blood urea nitrogen (BUN) in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The scores of facial limb edema, fatigue, limb sleepiness, false stool and the levels of SCr and BUN in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Colon perfusion dialysis machine with retention enema treatment can more effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with CRF, ameliorate treatment effect, improve the patient′s renal function, and delay the deterioration of the disease.
