Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of targeted intensive nursing intervention in patients with percutaneous nephrolithotomy. Methods A total of 56 patients with renal calculi treated by percutaneous nephrolithotomy in the Second People′s Hospital of Yichun,Jiangxi Province from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the intensive care group(n=28)and the conventional group(n=28)according to the random number table method. The routine group was given routine nursing during the perioperative period, while the intensive nursing group was given targeted intensive nursing intervention on this basis. The operation time, ambulation time and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)was used to evaluate the sleep quality of the patients. The total incidence of infection, hematuria, bladder irritation, low back pain and other complications in the two groups were analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in the operation time between the two groups(P>0.05);and the ambulation time and hospitalization time in the intensive care group were shorter than those in the conventional group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).PSQI score of intensive care group was lower than that of routine group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the intensive care group was lower than that in the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the perioperative period of patients with percutaneous nephrolithotomy,on the basis of routine nursing, targeted intensive nursing intervention can improve their sleep quality, reduce operation related complications, and help to promote the rehabilitation of patients.
