品管圈活动在手术室药品管理中的应用及对用药安全的影响

摘要目的探讨品管圈（QCC）活动在手术室药品管理中的应用及对用药安全的影响。方法阳江市妇幼保健院麻醉科手术室2019年开展以“提升手术室的药品管理质量”为主题的QCC 活动，明确药品管理问题，提出解决方案，不断地改进完善管理制度与措施，以达到提升手术室的药品管理质量的目的。2019年以前1年内（2018年1～12月）手术室用药情况作为对照组，2019年（2019年1～12月）手术室用药情况作为干预组。比较两组抢救药品的取药时间、备用药品的不规范登记发生率、药品过期率、术后药品的缺损率、手术取药的差错率。结果干预组抢救药品的取药时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。干预组备用药品的不规范登记发生率、药品过期率、术后药品的缺损率、手术取药的差错率均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论在手术室药品管理中开展QCC 活动的效果显著，能提升药品管理水平，缩短取药时间，减少取药差错，促进安全用药，值得借鉴。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application of quality control circle(QCC)activity in drug management of operating room and its influence on drug safety.Methods QCC activity with the theme of "improving the quality of drug management in operating room" was carried out in the operating room of Yangjiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital in 2019 to clarify the drug management problems,put forward solutions,and constantly improve the management system and measures,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the quality of drug management in the operating room.The medication in operating room in one year before 2019(from January to December 2018)was used as the control group,and that in operating room in 2019(from January to December 2019)was used as the intervention group.The medicine taking time,the incidence of non-standard registration of standby drugs,the drug expiration rate,the defect rate of postoperative drugs and the error rate of surgical drug taking were compared between the two groups.Results The time of taking medicine in the intervention group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of nonstandard registration of standby drugs,drug expiration rate,defect rate of postoperative drugs and error rate of surgical drug taking in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of QCC activity in the drug management of operating room is significant,which can improve the level of drug management,shorten the time of taking medicine,reduce the error of taking medicine,and promote the safety of drug use,which is worthy of learning.
