Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of α-fetoprotein(AFP),α-fetoprotein heterogenes(AFP-L3)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)detection in the diagnosis of primary liver cancer. Methods Fifty patients with primary liver cancer who were treated in Hengyang Central Hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the research group, and 50 healthy people who came to Hengyang Central Hospital for physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group. The two groups of personnel were tested for AFP,AFP-L3 and TNF-α.The two groups were compared and analyzed for AFP,AFP-L3 and TNF-α test results, test results of patients with different pathological stages in the study group and the diagnostic power of the combined test. Results The levels of AFP,AFP-L3 and TNF-α of the study group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of AFP,AFP-L3 and TNF-α in patients with tumor stage of Ⅲ-Ⅳwere higher than those in patients with tumor stage of Ⅰ-Ⅱ,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of AFP,AFP-L3 and TNF-α of patients in the moderately differentiated group and the well-differentiated group were lower than those of the poorly differentiated group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity of the combined detection of AFP,AFP-L3 and TNF-α indicators were higher than those of independent detection, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of AFP,AFP-L3 and TNF-α in patients with primary liver cancer can reflect the severity of the patient′s condition, and the detection is highly sensitive, which is beneficial to clinical application and promotion.
