Objective To discuss the application of percutaneous dilated tracheotomy guided by ultrasound and fiberoptic bronchoscopy in ICU patients. Methods A total of 60 ICU patients admitted to Fuzhou First People′s Hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(30 cases)and test group(30 cases)according to the random number table method. The control group received percutaneous dilated tracheotomy guided by fiberoptic bronchoscopy, and the test group received percutaneous dilated tracheotomy guided by ultrasound.Compare the two groups of surgery-related indicators and the occurrence of complications. Results After comparison, the operation time of the test group was shorter than that of the control group, the amount of blood loss and the number of cases of airbag leakage during tracheal intubation were less than those of the control group, and the operation cost was lower than that of the control group ,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidence of complications such as postoperative bleeding, intraoperative hypoxemia, posterior tracheal wall injury, sputum from incision, the total incidence and extubation time between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided percutaneous dilatation tracheotomy is effective in the treatment of ICU patients. It can
