Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ultrasonic pulse conductance therapy instrument treating lumbar disc herniation.Methods The clinical data of 200 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation diagnosed and treated from January 2019 to January 2020 in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University were selected for retrospective analysis,and patients were grouped according to different treatment options: control group (n=100) received lumbar traction,acupuncture and physiotherapy were performed.The study group (n=100) added ultrasonic pulse conductance therapy instrument.The overall curative effect,improvement of low back pain symptoms and straight leg elevation test results were statistically analyzed in the two groups.Results After 1 course of treatment,the patients in the study group had lower back pain self-conscious symptoms scores than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the negative rate of the straight leg elevation test in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the overall effective rate of lumbar disc herniation in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasonic pulse conductance therapy instrument has significant clinical effects in treating lumbar disc herniation.It can effectively reduce low back pain and other conscious symptoms,and improve lumbar spine movement.It is worth learning from.
