Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of health education combined with extended nursing on patients with bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 100 patients with bronchial asthma admitted to Liaoning Health Industry Group Iron and Coal General Hospital from May 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the observation group (50 cases) and the control group (50 cases) according to the sequence of admission.The observation group adopted health education and extended nursing methods,and the control group adopted conventional nursing methods.The scores of psychological state,nursing satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS)scores in the observation group ([6.33±1.12],[6.85±1.01]points) were lower than those in the control group of (10.12±1.82) and (10.85±1.85) scores,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98.00%,higher than 74.00% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The scores of physical health,daily activity,mental health and social function scores in the observation group([95.28±1.25],[92.25±1.31],[93.25±1.01],[95.28±1.12]points) were higher than those in the control group of (80.25±1.12),(78.58±1.56),(79.25±1.45) and (80.22±1.52) points,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of health education and extended nursing for patients with bronchial asthma is very significant.It can not only improve the negative emotions of patients,but also improve the satisfaction of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
