Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of drug line drainage in the treatment of plasma cellular mastitis fistula. Methods Thirty-six patients with fistula stage of plasma cell mastitis who were admitted to the Department of Breast Surgery, Anhui Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into treatment group (20 cases) and control group (16 cases) by coin tossing method. All patients received oral Chinese medicine, the treatment group was treated with compound Huangbai liquid medicinal thread drainage, and the control group was treated with iodophor medicinal thread drainage. The hypersensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) and serum prolactin (PRL) levels, wound healing rate, wound healing time, wound healing time, scar area after healing, and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in healing rate between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in recurrence rate between the two groups (P>0.05).There was no significant difference in serum hs-CRP, ESR, PRL levels between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05).After treatment, serum hs-CRP, ESR, and PRL levels between the two groups were lower than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); after treatment, there were no statistically significant differences in hs-CRP, ESR, and PRL between the two groups (P>0.05).The healing time of the wound in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group, and the scar after healing was smaller than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Both groups of treatment plasma-celled mastitis fistula period have the advantages of fast fistula intake, small scarring, and no effect on aesthetics, among which the effect of drainage with yellow cypress liquid drug line is more significant.
