Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of transsphincteric fistula ligation and fistula resection on anorectal fistula. Methods A total of 106 patients with anorectal fistula admitted to Liaoyang City Central Hospital from October 2016 to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects.According to the double-blind principle(before grouping, patients and researchers were not aware of the grouping status and the treatment received.),they were divided into two groups. The normal group(53 cases)was treated with fistula resection, and the research group(53 cases)was treated with transsphincter fistula ligation, and the clinical effects of the two groups were observed. Results The comparison of pain severity and anal function scores between the two groups before operation, the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).At 30 days after operation, both groups had lower pain and anal function scores than before operation, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 30 days after operation, the pain and anal function score in the research group were lower than that of the normal group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the research group was lower than that in the normal group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Transsphincteric fistula ligation and fistula resection are effective in the treatment of anorectal fistula with simple operation and few complications, and can also rapidly improve the anal function of patients and relieve pain.
