Abstract：Medical education is an important cornerstone of the development of health care. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the medical education in China has developed vigorously, and a large number of high-quality medical talents have been cultivated to the health industry. At present, the training of medical and pharmaceutical graduate students requires both clinical research to meet the needs of clinical and scientific research.However, most teaching hospitals only focus on the cultivation of clinical professional knowledge but ignore the cultivation of scientific research ability for medical professional postgraduates, especially the cultivation and promotion of basic scientific research ability. This article aims to expose the problems existing in the cultivation of scientific research ability of medical graduate students in teaching hospitals, and further propose solutions.
