Abstract:Objective To analyze the application value of cow′s milk-related symptom score (CoMiSS) in early identification of infant milk protein allergy (CMPA) in primary hospital. Methods Forty infants suspected of CMPA in community Health Service Center of College Campus in Rongjiang New Area of Ganzhou from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research object, CoMiSS score screening was performed, in which infants with score ≥12 point were classified as screening positive group A, and infants with score <12 point as screening negative group B. Food avoidance and stimulation tests were used as the gold standard to analyze the accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of CoMiSS score in early identification of CMPA. Results In group A, 9 children were diagnosed as CMPA by food avoidance and stimulation tests, and the positive rate was 40.91%. One child in group B was confirmed as CMPA by food avoidance and stimulation test, and the positive rate was 5.56%, the positive rate of diagnosis was statistically significant between the two groups (P<0.05). The accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of early identification of CMPA were 65.00%, 90.91% and 55.17%, respectively. Conclusion The feasibility of using comiss score in early identification of infant CMPA is strong, which is suitable for primary hospitals.
