Abstract：Objective To explore the influence of humanistic care on the psychological state and diagnosis and treatment experience of patients with assisted reproductive therapy. Methods From June to December 2019, 60 infertile patients with assisted reproductive therapy in Zhangzhou Hospital were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the observation group and the control group by computer digital random model, 30 patients in each group.The observation group was given humanistic care, while the control group was given routine care. The psychological status and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results The positive emotion index, and the short-form 36 item health survey questionnaire (SF-36) of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,negative emotion index was lower than before nursing, and the positive emotion index, and SF-36 quality of life index of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, negative emotion index was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Humanistic care has the characteristics of meticulous, comprehensive and intimate, which is helpful for patients with assisted reproductive infertility, can effectively inhibit negative emotions and improve the pregnancy rate, and the scheme is worthy of promotion.
