Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Sertraline oral combined with Morita therapy in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder(OCD).Methods A total of 94 patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder admitted to the Fourth People′s Hospital of Yingkou City from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected and divided into a study group and a reference group according to a random lottery method,with 47 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.The Yale-Brown obsessive compulsive scale (YBOCS)and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)were used to evaluate the improvement of obsessive-compulsive symptoms and anxiety before and after treatment in the two groups.The social disability screening scale (SDSS)was used to evaluate the improvement of social function in the two groups.Results The treatment total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the YBOCS and HAMA scores of the two groups (P>0.05);after treatment,the YBOCS and HAMA scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,the YBOCS and HAMA scores of the study group were lower than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in SDSS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);six months after treatment,the SDSS scores of the two groups was higher than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the SDSS score of study group was higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Sertralin combined with Morita therapy in patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder can promote the improvement of patients′obsessive-compulsive symptoms and anxiety,improve clinical efficacy,and contribute to the enhancement of patients′social function.
