Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with uremic hemodialysis. Methods A total of 64 patients (128 eyes) with uremia who underwent hemodialysis treatment for more than 3 months in Jiangxi Fifth People′s Hospital from July 2019 to October 2020 were selected and divided into the intervention group (n=32, 64 eyes) and the control group (n=32, 64 eyes) by random number table method. The patients in the intervention group were provided with comprehensive nursing care, and in the control group was provided with routine nursing. The fluctuations of intraocular pressure before and after hemodialysis, treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction between the patients of two groups were compared. Results There was no statistically significant difference in intraocular pressure (IOP) between patients of the two groups before nursing (P>0.05). The IOP of the intervention group after nursing was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The treatment compliance of the intervention group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing total satisfaction of the intervention group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with uremic hemodialysis can promote the improvement of intraocular pressure, improve treatment compliance, and increase satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical application.
