Abstract:Objective To analyze the related factors of cerebral vasospasm in patients with intracranial aneurysm (IA)after clipping. Methods Clinical data of 65 IA patients admitted to Jieyang People′s Hospital of Guangdong Province from January 2018 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. Baseline data of patients were collected, followed up for 3 months after clipping, and the occurrence of cerebral vasospasm during the follow-up period was recorded to analyze the factors leading to cerebral vasospasm in IA patients after clipping. Results According to whether cerebral vasospasm occurred during the follow-up period, the patients were divided into the occurrence group and the non-occurrence group. Among 65 IA patients, 16 patients had cerebral vasospasm, with an incidence of 24.62%. The incidence of hypertension, location of aneurysm, number of aneurysm rupture and Hunt-Hess grading were compared with those in the non-occurrence group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that hypertension, aneurysm location in anterior cerebral artery, aneurysm rupture ≥1 time and Hunt-Hess grade >Ⅲwere the risk factors for cerebral vasospasm in IA patients after clipping (P<0.05). Conclusion Clinical intervention should be carried out according to the risk factors of cerebral vasospasm in IA patients after clipping, so as to effectively treat and prevent the occurrence of cerebral vasospasm.
