Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of double purse-string bridging pancreaticojejunostomy gastrointestinal reconstruction in pancreaticoduodenectomy. Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy in the First People′s Hospital of Jiujiang City were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the study group and the control group by simple randomization, with 60 cases in each group. Both groups of patients underwent laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy. The study group used double purse-string bridging pancreaticojejunostomy, and the control group used traditional pancreaticojejunostomy. The operation time, pancreaticojejunostomy time, interoperative bleeding volume and rate of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups of patients. Results The operation time and the pancreaticojejunostomy time of the study group([5.5±0.3]h,(25.3±7.1)min)were shorter than those of the control group([6.1±0.5]h,[35.8±8.0]min),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The interoperative bleeding volume of the study group([342.7±34.6]ml)was less than that of the control group([370.0±27.2]ml),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group(5.0%)was lower than that in the control group(26.7%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Double purse-string bridging pancreaticojejunostomy gastrointestinal reconstruction obtains a good application effect in pancreaticoduodenectomy. It is a safe and effective for pancreaticojejunostomy and can be promoted in clinical practice.
