Research on performance evaluation index design of single-machine management of large medical equipment

Abstract:Large medical equipment plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of hospital.However,the management of these large-scale medical equipment in some hospitals is insufficient,and the overall problem of paying more attention to procurement than management leads to the reduction of the use efficiency of some large-scale medical equipment and the waste of medical resources.At the present stage,many public hospitals in China are facing greater development opportunities and challenges.This period is an important period to actively carry out hospital reform.At the same time,the drug bonus of public hospitals was cancelled,and the higher authorities required hospitals to further implement the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment.In such a development background,in order to ensure the stable and healthy development in the future,the hospital needs to change the management concept,from the traditional and extensive management mode to the new and refined management mode.Determine the scope of the study,this paper introduces the current hospital equipment management status quo,analysis of the necessity of strengthening management of large equipment,hospital design for large medical equipment management in the performance evaluation index system,and points out several security play function of measures of performance management system.Suggestions are put forward for future development,so as to further analyze the elaborating management of hospital.
