Abstract：With the in-depth development of China′s medical reform, the construction of modern hospital management system has been highly valued by all walks of life and has become a hot social issue of great concern to the people.The concept of "modern hospital management system construction" can be traced back to February 2011 in China. After that, more and more hospitals have taken it as the main goal and important task of hospital reform and development,which has effectively improved the hospital system′s role of guarantee, provided reliable support for the hospital′s operation optimization and management, and promoted the standardized development of modern hospitals under the new era.This article starts with the two basic problems of the construction and measures of modern hospital management system under the new medical reform policy, and briefly discusses the construction of modern hospital management system, so as to provide some reference for the development of modern hospital management system in China.
