南昌市养老护理院老年高血压患者康复需求现状及影响因素分析

摘要目的探讨南昌市养老护理院老年高血压患者康复需求现状，分析影响康复需求的相关因素。方法选取2019年8—12月南昌大学第四附属医院收治的146 例老年高血压患者作为研究对象，采用一般资料调查表及高血压康复需求量表对符合纳入标准的老年高血压患者进行调查，采用多元线性回归分析影响老年高血压患者康复需求的相关因素。结果老年高血压患者对康复需求的总分为（146.22±21.57）分，处于中下水平。单因素分析显示，不同年龄、文化程度、病程、服药种类、高血压分级、合并症个数、是否接受过高血压康复相关培训患者康复需求总分比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。多元线性回归分析显示，文化程度、服药种类、合并症个数、是否接受过高血压康复相关培训是影响老年高血压患者康复需求的独立影响因素（P＜0.05）。结论老年高血压患者康复需求总体较低，且受多种因素影响。医护人员应综合个体的实际情况，针对患者实际需求制定针对性的康复健康教育，以促进术后患者的有效康复。

Abstract：Objective To explore the current situation of rehabilitation demand of elderly hypertensive patients in nursing homes in Nanchang city,and analyze the relevant factors that affect the rehabilitation needs.Methods A total of 146 elderly patients with hypertension admitted to the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from August to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects.The general data questionnaire and the hypertension rehabilitation demand scale were used to investigate the elderly patients with hypertension who met the inclusion criteria.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the factors influencing the rehabilitation needs of elderly patients with hypertension.Results The total score of rehabilitation needs of elderly patients with hypertension was(146.22±21.57),which was in the lower level.Univariate analysis showed that the total scores of rehabilitation needs of patients with different ages,education level,course of disease,type of medication,hypertension grade,number of comorbidities and whether they had received training related to hypertension rehabilitation were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that education level,type of medication,number of comorbidiments and whether or not they have received training related to hypertension rehabilitation are independent factors affecting the rehabilitation needs of elderly patients with hypertension(P＜0.05).Conclusion The rehabilitation needs of elderly hypertensive patients are generally low,and they are affected by many factors.Medical staff should integrate the actual situation of the individual and formulate targeted rehabilitation health education according to the actual needs of the patient to promote the effective recovery of the postoperative patient.
