Effect analysis of self-made traditional Chinese medicine decoction in the treatment of children with hyperactivity of liver and wind -induced Tourette syndrome

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of self-made traditional Chinese medicine decoction in the treatment of children with hyperactivity of liver and wind-induced Tourette syndrome.Methods A total of 60 cases of children with hyperactivity of liver and wind-induced Tourette syndrome treated in Yingtan Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they was divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with self-made traditional Chinese medicine decoction,and the control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate in the experimental group(96.66%)was higher than that in the control group(70.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of skin itching,rash and digestive system adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-made decoction of Traditional Chinese medicine has a good effect on the children with with hyperactivity of liver and wind-induced Tourette syndrome,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and promote the rehabilitation of the children.
