自拟中药汤治疗肝亢风动型小儿多发性抽动症的效果分析

摘要目的探讨自拟中药汤治疗肝亢风动型小儿多发性抽动症的效果。方法选取鹰潭市中医院2020年1月—2021年2月收治的60 例肝亢风动型小儿多发性抽动症患儿为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组，每组各30 例。试验组实施自拟中药汤治疗，对照组实施西医常规治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。结果试验组的临床总有效率（96.66%）高于对照组（70.00%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；试验组的皮肤瘙痒、皮疹以及消化系统不良反应总发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；试验组的中医证候积分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对肝亢风动型小儿多发性抽动症患儿实施自拟中药汤治疗具有良好的效果，可有效改善患儿临床症状，促进患儿病情康复。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of self-made traditional Chinese medicine decoction in the treatment of children with hyperactivity of liver and wind-induced Tourette syndrome.Methods A total of 60 cases of children with hyperactivity of liver and wind-induced Tourette syndrome treated in Yingtan Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they was divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with self-made traditional Chinese medicine decoction,and the control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate in the experimental group(96.66%)was higher than that in the control group(70.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of skin itching,rash and digestive system adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion The self-made decoction of Traditional Chinese medicine has a good effect on the children with with hyperactivity of liver and wind-induced Tourette syndrome,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and promote the rehabilitation of the children.
