Objective To investigate the application effect of endoscopic fenestration of intervertebral disc(ENDO-LOVE)and percutaneous endoscopic interlaminar discectomy(PEID)in the treatment of patients with lumber disc herniation(LDH)of L5-S1.Methods A total of 119 patients with intervertebral disc herniation of L5-S1 admitted to the First People′s Hospital of Shaoguan from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected and divided into the study group(60 cases)and the control group(59 cases)according to the random number table method.The study group received ENDOLOVE operation,and the control group received PEID operation.Procalcitonin(PCT),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP),visual analogue scale(VAS)scoring at 1,2,3,24 and 48 hours after operation,Japanese orthopaedic association assessment treatment(JOA)score at 1 day before operation and 1 month after operation,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results One day before operation,PCT and TNF-α levels of the two groups were compared,there were no significant differences in CRP level and JOA scores(P>0.05).On the 10th day after operation,CRP in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),while JOA scores of upper limb and sensory function were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the total complication rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with PEID,ENDO-LOVE has higher stability in the treatment of LDH in L5-S1 vertebrae,better recovery of cervical spine function and lower changes of serum inflammatory factors.
