Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of clinical common blood biochemical index changes in perinatal period of elderly pregnant women. Methods A total of 30 cases of elderly pregnant women in Ruijin Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research group, and 30 cases of age appropriate pregnant women in the same period were selected as the control group. The serum total cholesterol (TC) and total bile acid (TBA) in early pregnancy (gestational age ≤12 weeks), mid pregnancy (gestational age 20-25 weeks),late pregnancy (gestational age 38-42 weeks) and postpartum 3 days were compared between the two groups). High density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), fasting blood glucose (FBG), triglyceride (TG), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), D-Dimer (D-D), prothrombin time (PT), fibrinogen (FIB), fibrinogen degradation products (FDP), adverse pregnancy events. Results There were no significant differences in D-D and FIB between the two groups in each period(P>0.05). TBA in the early pregnancy study group was lower than that in the control group, while HDL-C, FBG and PT were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). TC, HDL-C, FBG, APTT and PT in the middle and late pregnancy study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). TC and HDL-C in the postpartum three days in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), FBG, TG were higher than those in the control group,FDP was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); the total incidence of adverse pregnancy events in the study group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The risk of dyslipidemia and coagulation dysfunction of elderly pregnant women is higher than that of the right age pregnant women. The clinic can improve the prevention and control level of complications by strengthening the detection of common blood biochemical indexes such as blood lipid level and coagulation function of elderly pregnant women in each period of pregnancy.
