助产士心理护理结合膳食干预对瘢痕子宫产妇分娩方式的影响

摘要目的分析助产士心理护理结合膳食干预对瘢痕子宫产妇分娩方式的影响。方法选取深圳市龙华区人民医院2018年1月—2020年10月收治的60 例瘢痕子宫产妇患者作为研究对象，按掷硬币法分为观察组（30 例）与对照组（30 例）。对照组采用膳食干预方法，观察组在对照组基础上予以心理护理，比较两组分娩结局、乐观水平、焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分。结果观察组的阴道试产以及成功率（90.0%、51.85%）均高于对照组（53.33%、18.75%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），观察组干预后乐观水平高于对照组，SAS、SDS 评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论对瘢痕子宫产妇采用膳食干预结合助产士心理护理，可增加阴道分娩率，具有一定的临床意义。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the effect of midwife′s psychological nursing combined with dietary intervention on the delivery mode of scarred uterus women. Methods A total of 600 cases of maternal patients with scar uterus admitted to the People′s Hospital of Lenghua District, Shenzhen from January 2018 to October 2020 were selectedas the research objects, they were divided into observation group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases), The control group adopted the dietary intervention method, the observation group adopted the psychological nursing on the basis of the control group. The two groups were compared in terms of birth outcomes, optimistic levels, self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) scores. Results Both vaginal trial production and success rate (90.0%,51.85%) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (53.33%, 18.75%), the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The optimistic level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the SAS, SDS scores were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Dietary intervention combined with psychological nursing of midwives can increase vaginal delivery rate and have some clinical significance.
