基于微信平台的移动健康教育在高血压患者中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨基于微信平台的移动健康教育在高血压患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月～2020年1月于中国人民解放军陆军第七十三军医院体检的103 例高血压患者作为研究对象，根据奇偶数分组法将其分为对照组（51 例）与研究组（52 例）。对照组患者接受常规健康教育，研究组患者在对照组的基础上实施基于微信平台的移动健康教育。比较两组患者的自我管理水平、治疗依从性、血压。结果干预前，两组患者的自我管理水平得分比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；干预后，研究组患者的用药管理、饮食管理、运动管理、情绪管理、工作与休息管理、病情监测等自我管理水平得分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。干预前，两组患者的治疗依从性得分比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；干预后，研究组患者的日常生活管理行为、遵医服药行为、不良服药行为、烟酒嗜好管理行为等治疗依从性得分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。干预前，两组患者的收缩压、舒张压比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；干预后，研究组患者的收缩压、舒张压均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论基于微信平台的移动健康教育可通过提高高血压患者的自我管理能力和治疗依从性，进而提高治疗高血压的效果。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of mobile health education based on WeChat platform in hypertensive patients.Methods A total of 103 patients with hypertension who underwent physical examination in the Army 73rd Group Military Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects.According to the odd and even number grouping method,the patients were divided into the control group(51 cases)and the research group(52 cases).The control group received regular health education,and the research group implemented mobile health education based on the WeChat platform on the basis of the control group.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the self-management level scores of the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of self-management,such as medication management,diet management,exercise management,emotion management,work and rest management,and disease monitoring in the research group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in treatment compliance scores of the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the daily life management behavior,drug compliance behavior,bad drug taking behavior,tobacco and alcohol addiction management behavior scores of treatment compliance in the research group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in systolic and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the research group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mobile health education based on the WeChat platform can improve the effectiveness of the treatment of hypertension by improving the self-management ability and treatment compliance of hypertensive patients.
