Abstract:Objective To evaluate the nursing effect of risk management measures based on cluster intervention in patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS).Methods Retrospectively extract the clinical data of 85 ARDS patients admitted to Jingzhou Third People′s Hospital in Hubei Province from January 2019 to May 2020 were selected and divide into the control group(42 cases)and the observation group(43 cases)according to different nursing methods, and control group was given routine care, and the observation group was given risk management measures based on cluster intervention. The results of blood gas analysis, the incidence of complications, risk events, and complaint events were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention, the observation group′s blood oxygen saturation(SaO2)and blood oxygen partial pressure(PaO2)levels were higher than those of the control group, the carbon dioxide partial pressure(PaCO2)was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of pressure ulcers, unplanned extubation, and hypotension was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of risk events and complaints in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The risk management measures based on cluster intervention have significant nursing effects in ARDS patients, which can effectively improve blood gas analysis, reduce the incidence of patient complications, risk events of nursing staff, and the probability of complaints from patients or their families.
