Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of apheresis fresh frozen plasma in preparation of cryoprecipitated coagulation factor. Methods A total of 48 bags of plasma collected from Zhaoqing Central Blood Station from April to October 2020 were selected and divided into experimental group (24 bags) and control group (24 bags) according to the random number table method. The experimental group used apheresis fresh frozen plasma to prepare cryoprecipitated coagulation factor, and the control group used fresh frozen plasma prepared from whole blood to prepare cryoprecipitated coagulation factor. The content of factors Ⅷ (FⅧ), the fibrinogen (Fg) content, and the pass rate of cryoprecipitated coagulation factor were compared between the two groups. Results The FⅧcontent in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in Fg content between the two groups (P>0.05). The pass rate of cryoprecipitated coagulation factor in experimental group was higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of apheresis fresh frozen plasma in preparation of cryoprecipitated coagulation factor is valuable, the activity and the quality of coagulation factor is better.
