Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of"Internet+"new information management model of ischemic stroke area or sex. Methods Forty-nine patient swith ischemic stroke admitted to the Emergency Department of Nanhai District People′s Hospital of Foshan City from January to June 2019 were selected as the control group, and forty-nine patients with ischemic stroke who were treated in the new mode of“Internet+”regional whole process information management of ischemic stroke from July to December 2019 were selected as the observation group. The emergency time, hospitalization time, complications and treatment results of the two groups were compared. Results The time from onset to admission, from admission to intravenous thrombolysis, from admission to arterial puncture, from admission to revascularization and hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The bleeding conversion rate, recurrence rate and mortality rate of the observation group after thrombolysis were lower than those of the control group, and the total effectiveness of treatment was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion“Internet+”regional whole process information management model of ischemic stroke can improve the efficiency of ischemic stroke treatment, reduce the occurrence of complications and improve the treatment results.
