Abstract:Objective To investigate the epidemiology of allergic rhinitis in children in Ganzhou area,and to analyze the clinical efficacy of Dermatophagoides Farinae Drops.Methods A total of 160 children with allergic rhinitis were investigated in Ganzhou area from January 2018 to January 2020.The clinical symptoms and the standard allergen skin prick test(SPT)were recorded.The symptoms scores change and clinical sign score changes before and after treatment,curative effect and adverse reactions were observed.Results The mainly clinical symptoms of 160 children were sneezing and nasal congestion.Other nasal symptoms were nasal itching,runny nose and hyposmia.Among 160 children,there were 145 children with SPT positive,50 cases(34.48%)aged 5-7 years,63 cases(43.45%)aged 8-10 years,32 cases(22.07%)aged 11-14 years.Among them,the positive rate of dust mite sting was the highest,accounting for 78.62%,followed by corn pollen and willow pollen.After treatment,the scores of symptoms and clinical signs of sneezing,runny nose,nasal congestion,and nasal itching were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).Among the 160 children,102 cases were markedly effective(63.75%),54 cases were effective(33.75%),4 cases were ineffective(2.50%),and the total effective rate was 97.50%,the incidence of adverse reactions was 5.00%.Conclusion The mainly clinical symptoms of children with allergic rhinitis are sneezing,and most of the children′s skin prick tests are allergic to dermatophagoides farinae.The application of sublingual Dermatophagoides Farinae Drops can help improve the clinical symptoms and clinical signs,and the adverse reaction rarely occurr.
