Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of non-brackets invisible correction method in the treatment of malocclusion deformity patients. Methods A total of 50 cases of malocclusion deformity treated in Shenzhen Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Sciences from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method, with 25 cases in each group. The control group used fixed orthodontics method, and the observation group used non-brackets invisible correction method. The gingival index(GI),periodontal pocket probing depth(PD),sulcus bleeding index(SBI)and plaque index(PLI),the time required for tilted and turned teeth to be completely twisted and the clinical effect were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 72.00% in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in GI,PD,SBI and PLI between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The GI,PD,SBI,and PLI indicators of the study group after treatment were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time required for tilted and turned teeth to be completely twisted in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Non-brackets invisible correction method in the treatment of malocclusion deformity can improve the patients′oral health during the treatment process, speed up the recovery of the tooth arrangement, and at the same time be more beautiful, comfortable and effective.
