Abstract:Objective To investigate and analyze the actual effect of ultrasound-guided Mammotome minimally invasive atherectomy in the clinical treatment of patients with palpable negative breast masses. Methods From January to December 2019,a total of 60 patients with palpable negative breast masses admitted to the General Surgery Department of Jiangxi Province Pingxiang Maternity and Child Care Hospital were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional open resection, and the observation group was treated with ultrasoundguided Mammotome minimally invasive atherectomy. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss,6 months postoperative recurrence and complications, and aesthetic satisfaction of the two groups of patients under different treatment methods were compared. Results The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group, the incision healing time was shorter than that of the control group, and the scar length was shorter than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total incidence of post-complications was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the breast aesthetic satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided Mammotome minimally invasive atherectomy can further shorten the operation time of patients with palpable negative breast masses, reduce postoperative complications, reduce the area of scars, and has a good prognosis.Patients are highly satisfied with the appearance and are worthy of clinical application.
