健脾益气化湿方辅助治疗在直肠癌放疗所致放射性肠炎中的应用效果

摘要目的观察健脾益气化湿方辅助治疗在直肠癌放疗所致放射性肠炎中的应用效果。方法选取2019年4月～2020年4月中国科学院大学深圳医院收治的68 例直肠癌放疗所致的放射性肠炎患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为参照组与研究组，每组各34 例。参照组患者予以谷氨酰胺、蒙脱石散、甲硝唑注射液等药物进行对症治疗，研究组患者在参照组的基础上采用健脾益气化湿方辅助治疗。治疗2 周后，比较两组患者的疗效以及腹痛、腹泻、便血、里急后重等症状积分、症状总积分情况。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率为91.18%，高于参照组的76.47%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗前，两组患者的各症状积分和症状总积分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的腹痛、腹泻、便血、里急后重等症状积分和症状总积分均低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），且研究组患者治疗后的腹痛、腹泻、便血、里急后重等症状积分和症状总积分均低于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在直肠癌放疗所致放射性肠炎患者的治疗中，采用健脾益气化湿方辅助西医常规治疗，能促进患者临床症状的改善，提升患者的治疗效果，有临床推广的价值。

Abstract：Objective To observe the application effect of Jianpi Yiqi Huashi Recipe in the treatment of radiation enteritis caused by radiotherapy of rectal cancer.Methods A total of 68 patients with radiation enteritis caused by radiotherapy for rectal cancer who were admitted to the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences,Shenzhen Hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the reference group and the research group by random number table method,with 34 patients in each group.Patients in the reference group were treated with Glutamine,Montmorillonite Powder,and Metronidazole Injection for symptomatic treatment,while in the research group,Jianpi Yiqi Huashi Recipe was added on the basis of the reference group.After two weeks of treatment,the curative effect,symptom scores and symptom total score of abdominal pain,diarrhea,hematochezia and acute symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the research group(91.18%)was higher than that of the control group(76.47%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in symptom scores and total symptom scores between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,symptom scores of abdominal pain,diarrhea,hematochezia and acute symptoms and symptom total score of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05),the symptom scores of abdominal pain,diarrhea,hematochezia and acute symptoms and symptom total score of the research group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with radiation enteritis caused by radiotherapy for rectal cancer,the use of Jianpi Yiqi Huashi Recipe assisted with conventional western medicine treatment can promote the improvement of patients′clinical symptoms and increase the clinical efficacy,which has clinical promotion value.
