Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of biofeedback combined with family training in the treatment of patients with functional dysporia. Methods A total of 80 patients with functional defecation disorders who were treated in Beijing Rectum Hospital from January 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects, and divided into the observation group (40 cases)and the control group (40 cases)according to random number table method. The control group was treated with biofeedback therapy, and the observation group was treated with family training program on the basis of the control group. The defecation and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the defecation time and defecation frequency scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and the defecation time and defecation frequency scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After intervention, scores of physical life, social, physical and psychological functions in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Biofeedback combined with family training can effectively alleviate patients′ defecation barriers, improve their defecation function and improve patients′ quality of life, which is worthy of promotion.
