Abstract:Objective To study the application effect of pre-hospital emergency nursing in patients with chest pain. Methods A total of 72 patients with chest pain admitted to Shangrao People′s Hospital in Jiangxi Province from May 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into the routine group (n=36) and the intervention group (n=36) by random number table method. In the routine group, no nursing was provided before admission, while in the intervention group, pre-hospital emergency nursing intervention was adopted before admission. The total incidence of complications, mortality, and emergency status of the two groups were compared. Results After the pre-hospital emergency nursing intervention in the intervention group, the diagnosis time, treatment time and hospital stay of the patients were shorter than those in the routine group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications and mortality in the intervention group were lower than those of the routine group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Pre-hospital emergency nursing intervention is better than conventional nursing and treatment for patients with chest pain. Patients can be effectively treated in a short time, and the total incidence of complications and mortality have decreased.
