Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Compound Mufurong Nasal Ointment combined with Physiological Sea Water Nasal Spray in the treatment of dry rhinitis.Methods A total of 78 patients with dry rhinitis treated in Xiangtan Central Hospital from March 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the observation group (46 cases) and the control group (32 cases) according to the completely random method.Two groups of patients were given Physiological Sea Water Nasal Spray as the basic treatment, the observation group was given Compound Mufurong Nasal Ointment for nasal treatment, the control group was given Erythromycin Eye Ointment for nasal treatment.The clinical efficacy, symptoms and signs of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.8%, which was higher than that of the control group (84.4%), and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).After treatment, the scores of clinical symptoms and signs in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Compound Mufurong Nasal Ointment has obvious advantages in the treatment of dry rhinitis on the basis of nasal rinsing treatment with Physiological Sea Water Nasal Spray.
