Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway on complications of maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Methods A total of 75 patients with MHD treated in Xiaogan Central Hospital, Hubei Province from June 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the experimental group (40 cases)and the control group (35 cases). The control group was given routine nursing method, and the experimental group was given clinical nursing pathway intervention on the basis of the control group. Both groups were given continuous nursing for 14 days. The complications, nursing compliance, quality of life before and after nursing and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The nursing compliance score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The score of quality of life in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total satisfaction of clinical nursing in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway intervention can reduce the incidence of complications in MHD patients, and improvement of nursing compliance, quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
