卵巢成熟性囊性畸胎瘤恶变为腺癌伴印戒细胞癌1例

摘要卵巢成熟囊性畸胎瘤（MCTO）为育龄女性常见良性肿瘤之一，属生殖细胞来源，由内中外三种胚层组织构成，其各成分均可癌变或与其他恶性上皮肿瘤并存。成熟囊性畸胎瘤恶变率极低（0.17%～3.00%），多见于绝经后女性，因早期临床症状不典型，难以术前发现，故容易误诊。临床上畸胎瘤恶变以鳞癌最常见，腺癌变次之，其他如肉瘤、未分化癌等更为罕见。目前针对成熟囊性畸胎瘤恶变尚无统一治疗方案。现报道1 例滨州医学院附属医院卵巢畸胎瘤恶变为腺癌的病例并结合相关文献进行复习。

Abstract：Ovarian mature cystic teratoma is one of the common benign tumors in women of childbearing age, which is derived from germ cells and is composed of three kinds of tissues: entoderm,mesoblast and ectoderm.All of its components can become cancerous or coexist with other malignant epithelial tumors.The malignant transformation rate of mature cystic teratoma is very low (0.17%-3.00%), and it is more common in postmenopausal women.Because of its atypical early clinical symptoms, it is difficult to find before operation, so it is easy to miss diagnosis.Clinically, malignant transformation of teratoma is most common in squamous cell carcinoma, followed by adenocarcinoma, and others such as sarcoma and undifferentiated carcinoma are more rare.At present, there is no unified treatment for the malignant transformation of mature cystic teratoma.This paper reports a case of malignant transformation of ovarian teratoma into adenocarcinoma in Binzhou Medical College Affiliated Hospital and reviews the related literature.
