“互联网+”微信平台在髋关节置换术患者居家照护的研究

摘要目的探讨“互联网+”微信平台在髋关节置换术患者居家照护的应用价值。方法选取2018年12月～2019年9月我院接受人工髋关节置换术54例患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组，每组各27例。对照组实施常规健康教育和电话随访，观察组实施“互联网+”微信平台居家照护护理。比较两组髋关节术后相关知识掌握情况、髋关节功能评分、Barthel指数评分、遵医行为评分。结果观察组出院后1周，出院后1、3个月的髋关节术后相关知识掌握度评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组出院后1周，出院后1、3个月的髋关节功能评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组出院后1周，出院后1、3个月的Barthel指数评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组的遵医行为评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 “互联网+”微信平台在髋关节置换术患者居家照护方面有较高的应用价值，可改善患者的髋关节术后相关知识掌握情况，提高髋关节功能评分和Barthel指数评分，提高患者的遵医行为评分，值得临床推广。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application value of ″Internet+″ WeChat platform in home care for patients undergoing hip replacement surgery.Methods From December 2018 to September 2019, 54 patients underwent artificial hip replacement in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, 27 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were provided with routine health education and telephone follow-up, and in the observation group, participants were provided with″Internet+″ WeChat platform home care.The patient′s understanding of relevant knowledge after hip surgery, hip function score, Barthel index score, and compliance behavior score were compared between two groups.Results In the observation group, the relevant knowledge scores after hip surgery 1 week, 1 and 3 months after discharge were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).In the observation group, the hip joint function scores 1 week, 1 and 3 months after discharge were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The Barthel index scores in the observation group 1 week, 1 and 3 months after discharge were higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The compliance behavior score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion ″Internet+″ WeChat platform has high application value in home care for patients performed with hip replacement surgery, which can improve their understanding about relevant knowledge after hip surgery, increase the hip function score and Barthel index score, and improve patient compliance behavior score, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
