授权理论在上气道咳嗽综合征患者护理中的应用

摘要目的探讨授权理论在上气道咳嗽综合征（UACS）护理中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月～2018年10月青岛大学附属医院收治的收治的68例UACS患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组，每组各34例。对照组采用常规护理方法，观察组在对照组基础上联合授权理论护理干预。比较两组护理6个月的生活质量量表评分、焦虑自评量表评分、抑郁自评量表评分及非计划再住院率。结果干预后，观察组的生活质量量表评分为（59.31±4.11）分，高于对照组的（38.83±5.62）分；观察组的焦虑自评量表评分为（27.22±2.31）分，低于对照组的（47.11± 2.01）分；观察组的抑郁自评量表评分为（25.33±3.11）分，低于对照组的（49.23±2.11）分，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组的非计划再住院率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对UACS患者实施授权理论护理干预，能促进患者心理自我调适，改善患者生活质量及预后。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of empowerment theory in the nursing of patients with upper airway cough syndrome (UACS).Methods A total of 68 UACS patients treated in Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University from January 2017 to October 2018 were selected as research subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, 34 cases in each group.In the control group, conventional nursing was used, and in the observation group, empowerment theory nursing on the basis of conventional nursing was adopted.The scores of quality of life scale, self-rating anxiety scale, self-rating depression scale, and the unplanned rehospitalization rate were compared between the two groups after six months of nursing.Results After intervention, the score of quality of life scale in the observation group was (59.31±4.11) points, higher than that of the control group, which was(38.83±5.62) points;the score of self-rating anxiety scale was (27.22±2.31) points, lower than that of the control group,which was (47.11±2.01) points;the score of self-rating depression scale was (25.33±3.11) points, lower than that of the control group, which was (49.23±2.11) points, with statistical differences (P＜0.05).The unplanned rehospitalization rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Applying empowerment theory nursing to patients with UACS can promote their psychological selfadjustment, improve their quality of life and the prognosis of disease.
