Abstract:Objective To explore the application of parent-accompanied combined with scenario simulation games in children under general anesthesia during anesthesia resuscitation. Methods A total of 40 cases of surgical children admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group (n=20) and research group (n=20) according to the random number table method. Both groups received general anesthesia during the operation. The children in the control group received preoperative routine nursing, and the children in the study group received routine nursing combined with parent-accompanied and situational simulation game nursing intervention. The operation related indexes and anesthesia process monitoring indexes were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups (P>0.05).The postoperative pain score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, the hospitalization time and anaesthetic resuscitation time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, and the anesthesia cost of the study group was less than that of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).In the study group, the incidence of adverse reactions of anesthesia resuscitation was lower than that of the control group, and the use rate of sedative drugs during anesthesia resuscitation was lower than that of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Systolic blood pressure and heart rate in anesthesia induction and recovery period in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of parent-accompanied combined with scenario simulation games in children under general anesthesia during anesthesia resuscitation can effectively shorten the time needed for anesthesia recovery, reduce pain, reduce the risk of anesthesia and children′s physical and mental injury, shorten the hospital stay, reduce additional medical costs, and increase the comfort of children during anesthesia recovery.
