Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of Xiongdan Shugan Lidan Capsules on the liver function of patients with acute viral hepatitis. Methods A total of 92 patients with acute viral hepatitis admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to December 2018 were selected as subjects, 46 cases in each group. They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method.Patients in the control group were given Western medicine for liver protection.Patients in the observation group were treated with Xiongdan Shugan Lidan Capsules on the basis of the control group, and the treatment time was 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy, adverse reactions, liver function and blood lipid levels before and after treatment of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of patients in the observation group after treatment was 97.83%, which was higher than 78.26% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of glutamine transpeptidase (GGT), aspartame, aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and total bilirubin (TBil) were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The levels of low-density lipoprotein (LDL-C) and high-density lipoprotein (HDL-C) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the level of triacylglycerol (TG) was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred during the treatment of the two groups of patients, and the safety was high. Conclusion The application of Xiongdan Shugan Lidan Capsules in the treatment of patients with acute viral hepatitis has obvious effect, can significantly improve the liver function and blood lipid levels of patients, and has high safety, which is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
