整体护理模式在脑梗死患者中的应用效果及对吞咽困难的影响

摘要目的探讨整体护理模式在脑梗死（CIS）患者中的应用效果及对吞咽困难的影响。方法选取2018年1月～2019年7月我院收治的70 例CIS 患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为观察组（n=35）与对照组（n=35）。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上采用整体护理模式。比较两组护理前后日常生活能力评分、洼田饮水试验评分及护理总满意度。结果两组护理前日常生活能力评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；两组护理后日常生活能力评分高于护理前，且观察组护理后日常生活能力评分高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组护理前洼田饮水试验评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；两组护理后洼田饮水试验评分低于护理前，且观察组护理后洼田饮水试验评分低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组护理总满意度（97.14%）高于对照组（77.14%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论整体护理模式在CIS 患者中应用效果显著，能改善患者的日常生活能力及吞咽困难症状，提高护理满意度，值得临床推广。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of holistic nursing mode in patients with cerebral infarction(CIS) and its influence on dysphagia.Methods A total of 70 patients with CIS admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to random number table method, they were divided into the observation group (n=35) and the control group (n=35).The control group applied routine nursing, and the observation group was given holistic nursing mode on the basis of the control group.The scores of daily living ability, the scores of water swallow test before and after nursing and the total satisfaction degree of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference the ability of daily living score between the two groups before nursing (P＞0.05)； the scores of the ability of daily living of the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing, and the score of the ability of daily living of the observation group after nursing was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistical significant (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference score of water swallow test between the two groups before nursing (P＞0.05)； the score of water swallow test after nursing in the two groups was lower than that before nursing, and the score of water swallow test after nursing in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total satisfaction degree of observation group was 97.14%, which was higher than that in the control group (77.14%), the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The application effect of holistic nursing mode in patients with CIS is significant.It can improve the patients′ daily living ability, dysphagia symptoms and the nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
