Objective To explore the application of humanistic nursing concept in patients with esophageal cancer radiotherapy.Methods A total of 100 patients with radiotherapy for esophageal cancer who were admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the control group(50 cases) and the observation group (50 cases) according to a dynamic randomized method.The control group adopted routine nursing, the observation group adopted humanistic nursing.The quality of life score, anxiety, depression score,and nursing total satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the nursing total satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with radiotherapy for esophageal cancer have certain application effect in choosing humanistic nursing interventions, which can effectively improve the quality of life of patients, improve negative emotions,and increase patient satisfaction with nursing staff.It is worthy of further clinical promotion and application.
