Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Oral Rehydration Salt Ⅲcombined with Racecadotril and Zinc Gluconate in the treatment of acute diarrhea in children. Methods A total of 90 children with acute diarrhea admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into experimental group (45 cases) and control group (45 cases). The experimental group was treated with Oral Rehydration Salt Ⅲcombined with Racecadotril and Zinc Gluconate, while the control group was treated with Oral Rehydration Salt Ⅲ.The remission time of clinical symptoms and clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups of children were compared. Results The stool characteristics returned to normal and the stool frequency reduction time, diarrhea duration, fever reduction time, abdominal pain and vomiting relief time of the children in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.6%,which was higher than 77.8% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Combined application of Oral Rehydration Salt Ⅲ,Racecadotril and Zinc Gluconate in the treatment of children with acute diarrhea can improve the total effective rate of treatment and shorten the remission time of clinical symptoms.
